Join us on 11/9/23 for a presentation on the new I9 form.  Autumn Misiolek Tertin & John Wilson of GoffWilson, PA will be discussing the new form including changes in acceptable work verification documents, remote verification of documents, retention rules, and form complete with an opportunity for questions and discussion.

Autumn Misiolek Tertin has been practicing immigration law with GoffWilson, PA since 2014, and her practice focuses primarily on U.S. employment-based matters for a variety of clients, including hospitals, universities, and businesses in the IT, engineering, energy, finance, and hospitality industries.  She also handles I-9 audit and compliance issues.  Ms. Tertin, a member of the NH Bar Association, is Chair of National Association of Women Lawyers Immigration Affinity Group, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and selected as a “Rising Star” 2021 to 2023 by Super Lawyers.

John Wilson is President and Partner of GoffWilson, P.A., a global immigration law firm. His practice focuses exclusively on global immigration both inbound and outbound assisting employers, employees and families. John represents businesses in various industry sectors in relation to immigration issues, and provides I-9 compliance consulting, training and auditing services. John is the founder and immediate past chair of the Diversity Workforce Coalition, a NH nonprofit organization promoting a diverse workforce.
