This session will help improve your understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.  We’ll start with a brief overview of the requirements of each law, and then apply that knowledge to several real-world examples illustrating how employers can address challenging situations involving employees and candidates.  Finally we’ll talk about some best practices that employers can use to ensure compliance with these laws.
